## Ordering and delivery

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan: pay the courier when your parcel arrives. You can also pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is Rs 250 to any city in Pakistan, and free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch from Gujranwala within 1–2 working days of confirming your order. Most parcels arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch; big cities are usually quickest.

Will you call me before sending?

Yes. We call or WhatsApp every new order to confirm the address and the colours before it is packed.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, phone number and address. An email address is optional, but it gets you an emailed receipt and order tracking.

## Returns and warranty

What if my flask arrives damaged?

Open the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or wrong, WhatsApp a photo to 0311 0075000 within 7 days and we will replace it free.

Can I return a flask?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us first and we will arrange it.

What does the warranty cover?

Every CAPRA product has a 24-month warranty against manufacturing faults, including loss of vacuum that is not caused by a fall or misuse.

Where are CAPRA flasks made?

CAPRA is made by Salman Industries in Gujranwala, Punjab, and has been since 2019.
