Delivery

# Delivery to every city in Pakistan.

Rs 250 delivery, free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more, and cash on delivery wherever you are.

## Charges

Delivery is a flat Rs 250 per order to any address in Pakistan, whatever its size. Orders of Rs 5,000 or more are delivered free. The charge is shown in your basket before you order.

## Timing

We call or WhatsApp to confirm each order, then pack and dispatch it from our Gujranwala factory within 1–2 working days. Parcels usually arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch. Large cities are normally quickest; remote areas can take a little longer.

Once your order is dispatched we send the courier’s tracking number by WhatsApp and email, and show it on your order page.

## Where we deliver

Everywhere our couriers reach, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, Abbottabad and Mardan, and every town in between.

Browse urban localities by region, with address guidance for homes, shops and trade orders. Delivery depends on courier access to your complete address. For an unlisted village or remote route, contact us before placing a time-sensitive order.

##  Paying

Pay cash to the courier when your parcel arrives, or pay in advance by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. For advance payments we dispatch as soon as the transfer arrives.

## Returns

Please open your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it at our cost.

Changed your mind? Unused items in their original box can be returned within 7 days of delivery: message us first, send it back and we refund the item price once it reaches us. Manufacturing faults after that are covered by the [24-month warranty](https://www.capra.pk/warranty).
